This policy covers datacrest.blog and the Android application Merge Garden, version 1.0.0. The package name is com.merge.garden. NESqhdtures INC publishes that application. A store listing address is added on the product page when it is public.

Merge Garden on the device
Version 1.0.0 stores the garden on the device. It does not create an account, and this version has no cloud backup. Garden progress is not uploaded to NESqhdtures INC.
- Garden progress, including cleared plots, trellis tags, petals, and the local garden log
- Seeds, boosters (Prune, Sprinkle, and Spade), and decor placed in the greenhouse
- Settings on the device, including sound, haptics, and whether notifications are allowed
What version 1.0.0 does not collect
The application does not collect contacts, location, or microphone data. It does not ask you to sign in. Seeds and tools in the garden are earned in play. Version 1.0.0 does not use an advertising network, an analytics kit, or a real-money purchase. Because the garden is not sent to us, we do not sell it and we do not use it to build an advertising profile.
Notifications
A daily-bed reminder is a local notice. It stays off until you allow notifications. The notices described in the application are: daily bed ready, dew refilled, and Harvest Fair ending. You can leave notifications off and keep playing. The application does not read your contacts in order to send them.
Deleting garden data
Settings includes Reset progress. Confirming it removes petals, seeds, boosters, decor, and cleared plots from that device. This version does not keep a server copy, so we have no cloud garden to delete on request. Uninstalling the application removes its local storage. Replaying a plot does not remove a higher petal score. Reset is the control that clears the garden.
