  1. Acceptance. By using datacrest.blog, or by using Merge Garden, you agree to these terms.
  2. Operator. The site and Merge Garden are operated by NESqhdtures INC, 3419 Kites Ave, Pearl, MS 39208.
  3. Merge Garden. Merge Garden, version 1.0.0, package com.merge.garden, is a single-player garden merge game for Android. Progress, seeds, boosters, decor, and settings are saved on the device. You may reset that garden from Settings. Replaying a plot does not remove a higher petal score. The game does not deliver real plants, real seeds, or a garden service. A store listing address is not printed on this site until it is public. The product description is on the Merge Garden page, and data handling is on the Privacy Policy.
  4. Nature of information. Pages provide company information and service descriptions. They are not legal, audit, investment, or app-store review advice.
  5. No promised outcomes. App publishing support, performance insights, and digital communications describe correspondence only. A store makes its own decision, and this site does not set a numeric target.
  6. Intellectual property. Site text, crest graphics, layout, and the text and artwork in Merge Garden belong to NESqhdtures INC or the relevant rights holder. Do not copy them onto another commercial site without permission.
  7. Acceptable use. Do not use the site for unlawful activity, to interfere with the host, or to harvest contact details for unsolicited marketing.
  8. External links. If a page links outward, we are not responsible for that destination. This site does not add unconfirmed store links.
  9. Disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, the site and Merge Garden are provided “as is,” without a warranty of uninterrupted availability or freedom from error. Petal scores, seeds, and cleared plots are game records on the device. They are not a payment, a prize, or a promise of a store decision.
  10. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or Merge Garden.
  11. Indemnity. If your misuse of the site leads to a third-party claim, you agree to cover NESqhdtures INC for the reasonable loss that results.
  12. Governing law. Mississippi law, USA, without displacing consumer rules that apply mandatorily where you live.
  13. Changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
